Shipping

Shipping is provided by express courier. Delivery times are 3 to 4 working days.

We will send you an e-mail confirming the order, then another e-mail at the time of shipment that contains information on the delivery service and the tracking number.
If part of your order is not available for immediate shipment, your order will not be shipped until all items are available.

We also inform you that, as indicated during the purchase phase, the shipping zones exclude the islands of Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain due to the high shipping costs. By accepting these terms and conditions during the purchase phase, orders with delivery to the aforementioned areas will be automatically canceled and refunded within 24-72 hours.

Replacement

All products sold on our site enjoy the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code which covers any defects of conformity of the items purchased, existing at the time of delivery and which become apparent within 2 years of delivery itself. Any defects or damage caused by accidental events or by the Customer's responsibility for use of the products not in accordance with their intended use, or as a result of normal wear and tear, are excluded from the lack of conformity and, therefore, from the legal guarantee.

The Customer may ask, at his choice, the seller to repair the goods or replace them, free of charge in both cases, unless the requested remedy is impossible or imposes disproportionate costs on the seller.

The consumer customer has the right to a proportional reduction in the price or to the termination of the sales contract, as provided for by art. 135 bis, paragraph 4, of the Consumer Code and, in particular:
• if the seller has not carried out the repair or replacement within the terms and conditions set out in the Consumer Code, or has refused to bring the goods into conformity;
• if the lack of conformity is so serious as to justify the immediate reduction of the price or the termination of the contract;
• if a lack of conformity occurs despite the seller's attempt to restore the conformity of the goods; if the seller has declared (or this is clearly evident from the circumstances) that he will not proceed to restore the conformity of the goods within a reasonable period or without inconvenience.

The consumer customer is not entitled to terminate the contract if the lack of conformity is only minor.

To benefit from this guarantee, the customer must report the lack of conformity by communicating with our Customer Service by completing the form at this link www.1control.eu/en/help, indicating the defects and faults found.

Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within one year from the moment the goods were delivered already existed on that date, unless this hypothesis is incompatible with the nature of the goods or with the nature of the lack of conformity.

1Control will promptly respond to the communication of the alleged lack of conformity and will replace the Product.

If the service center finds the lack of conformity, any repair/replacement costs and transport costs to the service center will be borne by 1Control.

The consumer loses the rights provided for in the legal guarantee if he does not report the lack of conformity to the seller within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect.

Return

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchased product, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods for a refund. We refund the entire amount spent on the purchase of the products without any fee for handling the return. The shipping costs of the order and the return shipping of the products are paid by the customer.

The shipping costs related to the return of the ordered product are charged to the customer. The consumer has a period of 14 days starting from the communication of the withdrawal to return the goods.

The seller will refund the full amount within 14 days of becoming aware of the withdrawal by the consumer customer. The refund could be withheld beyond 14 days only until the consumer proves that he has returned the goods or until they have been received by the seller.

If you purchased a 1Control product in a store or on Amazon, you will need to follow the return procedure provided by the retailer.

These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in accordance with Italian law, and in particular with the regulations contained in Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) on distance selling to consumers.
In the event of disputes in relations with consumers, pursuant to art. 66-bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) the territorial jurisdiction is mandatorily attributed to the consumer's place of residence (or domicile).
Furthermore, the consumer established in Europe can take advantage of the platform made available by the European Commission for the resolution of any dispute arising from the online contract stipulated on the site.
