The "1Control" app is absolutely free and downloadable from the Apple iPhone and Google Android stores.
Products dedicated to individuals (eg SOLO, DORY, LINK, ...) have no additional or recursive costs. The ACCESS and ENTRY devices dedicated to companies, on the other hand, provide for monthly fees.
The purchase of additional users and channels can be made directly from the "1Control" app.
The cost is € 5 for adding users and € 10 for adding a channel.
No, SOLO and DORY use Bluetooth LE 4.0 technology and therefore an internet data connection is not required. However, if you want to open remotely or with voice commands, you need to use the Hub LINK with a Wi-FI connection.

Yes, SOLO does not affect your remote controls, you can continue to use them.
Users who own a 1st Generation SOLO can continue to use it normally.

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchased product, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods for a full refund.

The shipping costs for returning the product are charged to the customer. The seller will refund the full amount of the product once the return is received.
